Tanzania Cashew Growers PLC has been registered by the Tanzania Investment Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA) under the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) and has been granted a Developer's Licence No. 319D. The Company has secured Plot No. 1, Block C, with a total area of 83,990 square meters for the development of its cashew processing facility.
The Company is registered with Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 186-008-243 and Value Added Tax Registration Number (VRN) 40-330756-T. It has also secured the necessary land for the project and obtained the required approvals, including Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) clearance applications and building permits for the construction of the processing factory.
In preparation for its public offering, the Company has completed the draft Prospectus, which will be made available to the public upon approval by the Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA)..

Tanzania Cashew Growers PLC intends to offer 20% of its issued share capital to the public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Economic Growth Market (EGM) segment of the stock exchange. The Company plans to issue and sell a total of 30,000,000 shares at an offer price of TZS 500 per share.
Subject to approval by the Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA), the share offer will be open to eligible investors, including smallholder farmers, cooperative societies, youth and women, Tanzanians living abroad (the diaspora), Tanzanian residents, and foreign investors.
The public offering is intended to broaden ownership of the Company, promote inclusive participation in the cashew value chain, and mobilize capital to support the Company's long-term growth and investment objectives..

Tanzania Cashew Growers PLC plans to invest in a modern cashew processing facility, provide working capital support to cashew growers, expand its farm inputs and fertilizer business, improve market access, and strengthen its administrative capacity.
